 SKI   LEASE   INFORMATION

A ski lease usually runs from December 1^st through April 30^th for five months or, with owners approval,

Snow removal for driveway, decks and home/garage roofs the responsibility of the  ski lease tenants. 

All rent, including a one month security deposit, is paid prior to occupancy of the rented home. 

Paid in advance, a fee of $25.00/month for telephone and a fee of $55.00/month for cable TV.

Some homes now have High Speed Internet service available, the cost to continue this service will be added to the ski lease.

A block is put on the phone to avoid any long distance charges.  Long distance calls can be made using a phone card, cell phone or 800 number.

Cell phone service varies depending on location in Truckee, Verizon offers the best coverage.

NOTE: Some homes do not have land line phone service.

Perspective Tenants must preview the property in person to being approved for the ski lease.

The tenant is also responsible for wood used during their stay.

All other services and utilities must be transferred to the tenants name prior to occupancy of the ski leased home. 

Tenant is responsible for winterizing Ski Leased Home any time the property is left, even if it is only for overnight.
